About Justice Irons

Justice Irons is an attorney focused exclusively on estate planning, estate and trust administration, special needs planning, Medicaid planning, and guardianship matters. He is committed to helping individuals and families plan for the future, protect assets, and navigate complex legal and financial decisions with clarity and confidence.

Prior to founding his practice, Justice worked at a well-respected boutique law firm serving Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs, where he concentrated his practice entirely in trusts and estates. In that role, he advised clients on comprehensive estate planning, guided families through the estate administration process, prepared inheritance tax returns, and developed long-term care and Medicaid planning strategies. He also regularly assisted clients with SSI and Medicaid eligibility and assisted with guardianship matters for incapacitated individuals.

Justice began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in Bernalillo County, where he gained significant courtroom experience managing a high-volume caseload. That background gives him a practical, problem-solving approach when advising clients and addressing complex or sensitive matters.

A native of Albuquerque, Justice was born and raised in the community he now serves. He attended St. Pius X High School and earned his law degree from the University of New Mexico School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in both New Mexico and Pennsylvania.

Outside the office, Justice enjoys spending time with his fiancée and their chihuahua. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, attending concerts, watching football, and learning to play the guitar.
